Raffle Drawing will take place between 1:00 and 1:15 pm on the event day. There will be a prize valued at approx. $125.00. Other prizes may be awarded. Must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age to participate. You do not have to be present to win.

By participating in North River Ranch FunDay events, you hereby grant Neal Land and Neighborhoods (NLN), North River Ranch Marketing Group (NRRMG), and North River Ranch Improvement Stewardship District (NRRISD) the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish original images/photographs of the participant, any child(ren)/family and their North River Ranch home, where and if applicable, and authorizes the use of their name(s). Images/photographs captioned with names may be included in any print, electronic, digital, or other media formats and to alter the same without restriction. Entrant irrevocably assigns such images’ rights and uses to NLN/NRRMG and NRRISD in perpetuity. Entrant hereby releases NLN/NRRMG and NRRISD and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liabilities relating to said images.
