Participant Agreement
It is hereby agreed that we will be a Vendor/Participant and/or Sponsor at the North River Ranch Tons of Fun Touch-a-Truck event as indicated above. We have read the Terms and Conditions listed on the Event Facts and Sponsorship Commitment sheets.
*Full payment (if applicable) is due upon execution of Agreement to ensure appropriate publicity and detailed listings for the event. Checks should be made out to “North River Ranch Improvement Stewardship District” and mailed to:
PFM Group Consulting, LLC 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Ste. 270, Orlando, FL 32817.
Any changes to this Agreement must be submitted in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
